When I started scrolling through the internet today, I hadn’t planned on posting another piece involving Chris Hayes. But apparently Mr Hayes enjoys the attention, so he provided this interesting essay comparing the Abolition movement with Global Warming hysteria.
Despite the growing evidence that global warming is over hyped, Hayes and his side are doubling down on the fight. In their own mind they are the eventual saviors of the human race, here to save us from ourselves. It reminds me of how the children reacted to the idea of the monster from Lord of the Flies. The Global Warmers will save us from a theoretical fate involving a monster created in their imagination.

Chris Hayes is intent on leading the new Abolition movement, but something tells me he still drives a car, flies in airplanes and heats his home. I don’t think any of the original Abolitionists owned slaves….
